This house was originally a small 3-bedroom 110 sq. metre bungalow built in the 1970’s, on a large plot of land in Delgany. The house was redeveloped in 2 stages for successive owners. The first owners wished to increase the area of the house 3-fold to provide spacious family living accommodation, and to upgrade all the facilities, services and thermal insulation standards.

In the 1^st phase, the original house became a bedroom ‘wing’, with a new 2-storey extension built to the east (left) side. A new L-shaped Studio and Garage building was built to form a courtyard to the front of the house. The rear garden was landscaped with arc-shaped stepped terraces.
