It can be difficult when viewing properties for sale to clearly identify what problems may lurk hidden from sight, and to creatively assess what the potential of a property is for improvement. Prior to making an offer or commissioning a survey for mortgage purposes, we will visit the property (with or without you) and provide a verbal assessment identifying the condition, the remedial works required, and the potential for improvement works. While this service is provided on an hourly-charge basis, a fixed-fee would usually be agreed before commencing.
